When setting up your email client, please use these settings to configure your IMAP email account:
Inbound Server: imap.ohgnetworks.com with SSL/TLS enabled. Most clients will properly auto-detect port settings, but some networks (especially hotels, cruises, and planes) may operate firewall proxys that cause trouble with this. Setting port 993 for SSL imap can help avoid this.
Outbound (smtp) Server: smtp.ohgnetworks.com with SSL/TLS enabled. Again, most clients will auto-detect this, but some networks firewall proxys can cause issues. OHG recommends setting port 587 w/ TLS enabled for outbound mail. Make sure your email client is using “Password Authentication” when sending email.
Your username is your full email address, including the ‘@’ symbol.
